We take the performance of our products seriously—we know that you depend on them. That is why we have the most comprehensive warranty in the business.

iCAT-ITS guarantees ALL of its products for twenty years.

If something should happen, we will gladly replace the component in question.

• The warranty is eligible for original owners/purchasers only.
• The warranty is made by iCAT-ITS through its certified vendors (distributors and installers.)
• The warranty does not cover defects or non-compliance in the design or installation or proper usage of the cabling system, which may result from failure to comply with our design and installation guidelines and/or improper installation practices. This warranty does not cover any product failure resulting from circumstances beyond iCAT-ITS ’s control such as accidents, modifications, unauthorized repair, misuse, fire, flood or other Acts of God.
• Warranty covers the components and systems at the original site of installation only.
• Any changes to the system after original installation void warranty.
