PATCH PANELS

Easy access and ease of installation makes our patch panels the perfect choice.  The modular patch panels utilize our quad frame modules and are offered with 8-position 8-wire inserts wired to 110 terminal blocks. The products meet or exceed all requirements set forth in Telecommunications Industry Association/Electronic Industries Alliance standard (TIA/EIA-568-B.2) when using UTP cabling rated to 100 MHz.

Application:
The modular quad frames to 110 patch panels are most commonly used at the cross-connect area for interfacing system side patch panels as well as network switches to the distribution side of the network. The patch panels allow savings by eliminating intermediate components and labor at the cross-connect. All versions can be mounted on 19" EIA racks.

Features:

    • Meet & Exceed TIA/EIA-568-B.2 Category 6 and 5e connecting hardware specification.
    • Certified by UL.
    • Using snap-on type Frame, no need for any screws on front side of panel.
    • 110E & 110K type IDC termination. It allows connection with 22-26 AWG wires.
    • Colored Fame to avoid confusion each time you need to re-assign your network wiring.
Special color code design for easy installation.

110 Connecting Block

110 Wiring Manager

110 BLOCKS

When customers need crystal clear communications, you can rely on our 110 compatible products.

110 Connecting Block
The 110 Connecting Blocks utilize double-ended Insulation Displacement Contacts (IDC) that terminates 22-26 AWG solid or stranded conductors. The blocks are available in 3, 4 and 5-pair sizes with the appropriate color-coding.

110 Wiring Manager
The 110 Wiring Managers are fire-retardant molded plastic frames, which serve as a horizontal cable management for routing of patch cords and cross-connect wire.

Reliability and versatility are just two reasons to use iCAT-ITS patch cords.  We offer plugs in standard configurations to terminate modular cords for patching or workstation applications. Modular cords can be terminated to the exact length needed for neater, more organized installations. The plugs terminate 24~26 AWG (0.51mm~0.40mm) solid or stranded wire.

UTP Series
Our unshielded twisted-pair patch/ line cords (unscreened) are constructed out of 4-pair cable with modular plugs crimped on both ends.  Get a high performance alternative to satin modular line cords where crosstalk, EMI, or distance may be considerations.

Cable consists of pairs of 24 AWG (0.51mm) wires, each pair twisted at a rate varying between 2 to 12 twists per foot. Jacket material is either PVC or FRD construction in solid conductor cords. PVC for stranded cords only.

TESTERS

Cost efficient and portable, the dual RJ-45 components perform accurate testing of on-site cabling and patch cords. Shielded RJ45 and BNC are included on both units. Units may be separated for site cable testing and then reattached for patch cord testing.

To test, simply attach the tester device to each end of the cable to be tested. Test results for each pair are displayed on one of five dual LEDs.

Indicates: Open, Shorts, Reversed wires and Crossed pairs.

Requires one 9V battery.
Weight: 0.2 kg
